Lenten rose is a hardy, low-maintenance evergreen perennial known for blooming in late winter to early spring, often coinciding with Lent. Featuring leathery, dark-green foliage, it grows 1–2 feet tall and produces large, nodding, cup-shaped flowers in shades of white, pink, purple, and green.
