Delivery Policy

Holiday Delivery

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, please place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and Christmas Eve.

We are closed on these holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Christmas Eve.

Same Day Delivery

If an order is placed by 12:00 pm ET, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Friday, with the exception orders must be placed by 10:00 am ET for Wednesday and Saturday. Sunday we are closed and do not offer delivery. 

Specific Times

We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time due to the volume of orders received. If an order is going to a business or school, please input the time the place is open/the receiver is there in the special comments section.  If for any reason we are unable to accomdate you, we will give you a call to discuss further details. 

Delivery Times

Normal delivery times are 10 am-5 pm daily. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we offer extended hours and delivery times.

Funeral Homes

These orders are our highest priority, we like to make sure orders are there an hour before the visitation/service begins. If you have placed an order too late to make the funeral service on time, we will advise you to send to home of the family. If you do not know the exact address of the funeral home, we are familiar with the ones in the area and can help you locate it. In the case you do not know the time of the service, we are able to call the funeral homes to find it out. If you have selected a delivery date that is before the actual viewing we will deliver to the viewing per the funeral home instructions.

Schools

Orders to schools should be placed the day before to ensure the flowers are delivered before the end of the school day. We are unable to deliver to schools same day if the order is placed in the afternoon. 

PO Boxes

We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. address.

If Receiver Is Unavailable

Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as on the porch, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for re-delivery. If the receipient is unavailable upon the first delivery, orders are no longer guaranteed to be delivered that day. 

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $10 address correction fee. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

Canceling or Changing an Order

Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call immediately. Due to the urgent nature of florist-delivered products, we are unable to cancel or change orders already en route, or delivered. Email changes or cancellations are NOT accepted.  All changes or cancellations MUST be verbal if made after the order is placed.

The recipient may be contacted

In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure they will be home to accept the delivery.

Request to leave item at door

The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard, or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty products due to this special request.

Recipient refusal of delivery

If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.

Card Messages

The message that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order.
